Evueo is an AI-powered logistics data extraction and receipt generation platform operated in Nigeria. Evueo enables logistics businesses to extract structured information from waybill and invoice text, save records to connected spreadsheets, and generate branded PDF receipts.
For the purposes of the NDPA 2023, Evueo acts as a Data Controller with respect to account and business data, and as a Data Processor with respect to waybill content submitted by users.

It covers all personal data processed through our platform, including data submitted by users about third parties (such as senders and receivers named in waybills).
Account Data: When you register, we collect your full name, company name, business email address, and password (stored in encrypted form).
Business Configuration Data: Your connected Google Sheet ID or spreadsheet link, and company logo if uploaded on a premium plan.
Waybill and Transaction Data: Raw text you submit for extraction, and the structured output — including sender names, receiver names, addresses, tracking numbers, and item descriptions. This data belongs to your business and is processed solely to provide the service.
Consent Records: When you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, we record the date, time, and IP address of that agreement as required by law.
Usage Data: Basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is collected to improve the platform and diagnose errors.
Payment Data: If you subscribe to a premium plan, payment processing is handled by a third-party provider. We do not store full card details.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Waybill records saved to your connected spreadsheet are stored by Google and governed by Google's privacy policy — we do not control retention of that data once written.
When you delete your account, we will delete your account data within 30 days. Consent records and legal compliance logs are retained for 6 years in accordance with Nigerian record-keeping requirements.
Evueo uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.
Evueo is a business platform and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered an account, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Evueo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
